Meet Chae - of Strathnairn School's Community Engagement Officer
Chae's role is to provide support for families of Strathnairn School Community. This can involve providing individual family support, organising community events, creating supportive networks for families, organising parent information sessions and creating opportunities for parents to come together.
How Chae can assist you:
- Help with School System: Navigating the Parent Portal or filling out school forms.
- Parenting Support: Managing Parental stress or advice on parenting issues.
- Well-being: Referrals for student well-being and connecting you with services.
- Community & Connection: Parent groups, information sessions, and meeting other families.
- Essential Needs: Assistance with food and essential items
- Advocacy: Working with government agencies like Centrelink, Child Protection and Housing.
- Or just someone to have a supportive chat and cup of tea with.
